Job Description

Do you have strong technical experience in IVMS and Telematics Testing? Then we are looking for you! Our client is a 100% Omani owned company with over 160 employees, operating in several sectors including energy, infrastructure, transportation and HVAC. Their various business units provide solutions to oil & gas, fire & security, in vehicle monitoring systems and trading to name a few.what we offerYour salary is a tax free all-inclusive salary! Next to that all other benefits as per Omani labor law.descriptionThe client is seeking for a qualified Technical representative reporting to Project Manager (immediate supervisor).

  • Login into IVMS solution daily and check if there are any issues technically;
  • Manage Admin portal of IVMS Platforms as required;
  • Check for all client accounts daily and verify their fleet communicating to the IVMS solution and alerts are also reported;
  • Track all subscription dates for all Client Fleets and inform the respective Client for any subscription renewal;
  • Raise and follow-up timely for invoice requests with accounts for both Client and vendor;
  • Suspend support to clients whoever are delaying payment beyond agreed terms;
  • Conduct user level trainings for our IVMS solution with new connected Clients, including onsite/client premises based trainings;
  • To support on loading Configuration/Firmware files on all the required IVMS devices;
  • To raise all procurement related requirement of IVMS devices/services required from vendors time to time with the immediate supervisor;
  • To raise technical ticket with vendor whenever any issue found on device or platform related;
  • To channelize healthy relationship with Clients and Vendors as being first point of technical support;
  • To proactively discuss with immediate supervisor regarding any potential issues when required escalation;
  • To be Level 1&2 support for IT support;
  • To be ready to support on other divisions wherever required or asked by immediate supervisor;
  • To maintain OPAL Compliance requirements and all related tasks;
  • Discuss and raise Spares and RMA as per requirement from Operations team;
  • Maintaining client SLA (Service Level Agreement) terms and after sales supports in all aspects;
  • IVMS and Telematics Testing for any new platform, check additional features, Integration, R&D and all related tasks.
