Our inclusive team of dreamers, doers and disruptors push the limits from impossible to possible.ÿÿWhat you will learn and contribute toAs the Charging and Mediation Solution Architect you will be responsible for designing and deploying Nokia mediation solutions for its customers. ÿÿKey Responsibilities:

  • Develop customer specific architecture for Nokia Mediation Solution.
  • Capture and manage functional and non-functional requirements by using industry best practices.
  • Understand and capture the critical inputs of stakeholders and translate them into effective requirements and solutions.
  • Specify and design effective end-to-end solutions, through the high-level design of architecture, to meet customer needs in a market positioning prospective.
  • Develop full scope of the solution, working across organizations to achieve workable solutions.
  • Apply solution architecture standards processes and principles, to create and maintain a solutions integrity over time.
  • Contributes to strategic decisions within professional area.
  • Contribute to the sales process for proposed solution and be responsible for Professional Services estimations and Scope of Work definition leveraging on experience of customer environment, offer complexity and products involved
  • Primarily responsible in the handover process between the presales and post sales organizations, representing a point of continuity between sales and delivery phases
ÿÿYour skills and experience
  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, related technical field or equivalent practical experience Knowledge of IT architectures, procedures, and methods.
  • Experience in customer workshops, requirement gathering & documentation.
  • Prior experience of project life cycle ? creation of HLD, LLD, Work packages
  • Experience with database technologies, such as MySQL, PostgreSQL and Vertica.
  • Understanding of networking technologies, such as IP/TCP, HTTP, firewalls and client/server computing.
  • REST API?s, SOAP and JMS queues knowledge.
  • Knowledge of network management concepts, protocols & modelling
  • Knowledge of QoS, KPI Reports/dashboard shall be an added Advantage
  • Knowledge of Diameter using AVPs.
  • Should be familiar with ACE Automate and JIRA.
  • Experience designing and implementing software in one or more programming languages.
  • Experience with version control technologies, such as CVS and Git.
  • Experience architecting complex and cross-functional software for distributed systems.
  • Strong programming skills in scripting and object-oriented paradigm.
  • Experience developing, testing and maintaining single page web applications in JavaScript and knowledge of Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, and Zookeeper.
  • Solid Linux foundation.
  • Having experience in support or other customer-centric roles is an asset.
