Middleware platform and handling the technical scope which connects systems, processes and people in order to provide support to Telenor Global Shared Services business. The role will be responsible for Integration maintenance, development and monitoring custom Report and support.Goals:

  • To perform DevOps role to deliver customer required services
  • To assure the quality delivery and integration
  • To deliver as per the agreed SLA?s & KPI?s with stakeholder
˙Typical day at work
  • Manage and Operate Java based integrations
  • To ensure availability on Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) including Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
  • Develop, modify, enhance new Java-based integrations and build processes which supports business needs efficiently and effectively
  • Identify and implement process improvement initiative including standardization of process along with global process owners and service delivery managers
  • Interact with a cross functional team of business analysts, developers, testers, scrum masters and product owners to design, development and implement features and capabilities
  • Participate in sprint ceremonies and play an active role in meeting sprint commitments
  • Identify and communicate risks, issues, and dependencies to your team as well as the program and mitigate them in a timely manner.
  • Deliver on the operational excellence targets and ensuring employee engagement levels as agreed with line
Eligibility CriteriaEducation: Bachelor/master?s in computer science, IT or relevant.Experience / Skills
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience with Java Web Services RESTful (primary), XML and supporting integration and enabling access via API calls (JDBC preferred)
  • Experience in developing, modifying, and enhancing data and metadata service components
  • Proven hands-on Software Development experience
  • Experience in Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Sonar Cloud and Jenkins will be preferred
  • Solid understanding of the SDLC especially Agile/Scrum
  • Ability to gather accurate requirements and work closely with stakeholders to prioritize tasks and the scope of development.
Required expertise:
  • In-depth knowledge, distinctive knowledge and experience in End user computing and User computing
  • Integration maintenance along with good planning capabilities
  • Proactively solves problems and ability to drive and implement change
  • Familiar with ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana) will be preferred.
  • Experience working with developing and deploying production facing applications.
  • Experience establishing and enforcing branching and software development processes to produce quality products
  • Good interpersonal skills along with effective communication skills
  • Ability to work in a diversified environment
