• HR Operations & Consulting.
• Involvement in Global Processes enhancements and Projects
• Bringing innovative ideas for improvement of process and thus improving productivity to the organization. Should have a fair knowledge on HR Operations & consulting.
• Providing HR services and support. Acting as an expert in advisory services for all employees and line managers on all HR topics in MEA

• MEA wide advisory services for all employees and line managers on all HR topics for all locations
• Delivering high quality in HR service
• Voice service & e-mail covering full range of HR professional services delivered in the region
• Support in more complex queries for the region
• End-to-End People process support to Employees and Line Managers
• HR policy support and interpretation
• HR tools support to Managers and Employees
• Employment laws and collective agreements info to Managers and Employees
• Lead in policy and process training to Line Managers and Employees
• Special assignment & projects
• Contributing to HR community Culture & Values
• Data Analysis & Audit
• Incident Management Tool administration
• Support for global HR tools and processes
• Must have handled HR operations and should be able to resolve most of the queries
• Legal / Law expert

Experience ? 4 - 8 yearsÿÿYou have:
