Job Description

SUMMARY:Avertra Corp is looking to hire an HR Generalist based in India. The HR Generalist will report to the HR Lead in Jordan and is expected to demonstrate outstanding analytical and communication skills. The role includes running the daily human resources functions, including supporting the Talent Management team in screening, hiring, and interviewing candidates in India. The HR Generalist role provides a wide variety of both complex and routine administrative tasks. The candidate will assist in the execution and implementation of Avertras HR policies that include, but are not limited to, employee benefits plans and provide day-to-day employee relations and administrative support to all HR functions as needed.RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain employees? files ensuring all records are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including entering data into HR information systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance.
  • Verify potential hires? previous employers, references, certificates, and background checks.?
  • Ensure the compliance of the required documents for the new employees? files.
  • Assist the Talent Management team in screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates as required.?
  • Create and distribute internal communications regarding status changes, benefits, or company policies.
  • Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart, and contributes to the development of policies.
  • Development and administration of programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align employees with the strategic goals of the company.?
  • Perform other HR-related tasks and duties as assigned by supervisors.
  • Assist HR Specialists in India-related performance management activities.
