Responsible for the facilitation of the onboarding process, conduct general orientation on accommodation rules and relevant HR policies and procedures based on;
Daily inspection for the onsite accommodation facility to ensure safe & healthy compliance, report findings and take required measure and escalate (as needed) to other departments as required, in order to rectify those issues and prevent health and safety incidents.
Ensure properties are constantly available for occupation.
Educate staff to maintain accommodation cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards.
Responsible for appointed service providers including vendor selection, releasing PO, monitoring day-today activity, review & approve relevant invoices.
Work closely and liaise with corporate team to complete and submit relevant recruitment documents for review and final approval (RR Form, New Joiner Approval Form, Sponsorship transfer, etc.) in addition to:
Support processing all immigration requirements in the most effective and efficient manner to expedite onboarding of new employees
Ensures immigration processes are completed in minimal time including Resident Permits, Drivers Licenses, Visas, CID procedures, etc
Track and monitor relevant expiry dates and ensure that all time-sensitive documents and licenses are renewed ahead of the deadline to ensure full compliance and avoid fines.???????????????????????????????
Ensures proper recording and updating of the master files of exit permits, business visa renewal, and RP renewal.
Conduct disciplinary and grievance investigations/hearings and submit a copy of all findings and reports to line managers. ?
