Quest is working in partnership with a renowned Automotive Industry who are looking for a Group Compliance and Risk Senior Manager to be based in Doha,Qatar.As a Group Compliance and Risk Senior Manager, you will:Establish and maintain an effective and efficient Compliance and Risk Management System for the company that is adequate and competent in meeting the stringent requirements.The notion of Compliance requires the job holder to be visible, independent, courageous and prominent while sending a strong message on Compliance and Ethics throughout the entire organizationThe Risk Management aspect requires the holder to display adequate knowledge on Risk Management enabling her/him to implement and monitor a preventive Risk Management and Internal Control System in the area of responsibility.Desirable skills and background:5 years progressive experience, with reputable entities, in the field of Compliance and Risk Management Proven track record in setting up and managing effective Compliance and Risk Management frameworks High level of communication skills (written and spoken) and ability to communicate with all layers within an organizationAble to travel for businessWe request that candidates send their CV as a Microsoft Word document where possible.Quest Search and Selection is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
