Job Summary? Proven work experience as an Oil & Gas recruiter mainly for last three years preferably in GCC country.? Experience in Qatar is an added advantage.? Excellent communication skills. (English as well Hindi language too).? Ability to prioritize and complete given recruitment targets within deadline.? Solid knowledge of Recruitment Ethics and best practices.? Hands on experience with various selection processes like preliminary phone interviews.? Ability to conduct different types of interviews (e.g., structured, competency based and behavioural).? Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems.? Ability to use psychometric tests and other assessment tools.? Familiarity with social media platforms for recruiting.?
