Path Solutions is looking to hire Business Analyst (Banking & Lending) for Riyadh , KSA.Major duties & responsibilities :?????????The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of business analysis, banking (esp. Lending) domain and people management skills to play a key role as functional consultant throughout the project life cycle of their assigned projects.?????????Involved in planning and execution of multiple implementation projects?????????Participate in and/or lead requirements gathering sessions for implementation projects?????????Develop and own high-quality documentation throughout the duration of projects, including capturing functional requirements, system configuration, processes/workflow, test scenarios, data extracts and interface requirements, etc.?????????Ensure adherence to scope of the project?????????Design, document and own any training material or user guides for implementation projects?????????Participate in data extraction/conversion exercises with the business stakeholders for projects involving data migration?????????Conduct knowledge transfer sessions to the development team on the scope of the project?????????Keep a track of all the deliverables for a project and ensure maintenance of project artefacts as per the organization process?????????Mentor junior BAs and Testers on product, process and domain?????????
