The candidate will be responsible for managing the call center operations, developing and implementing the community experience policies and strategy.Client DetailsOne of the mega-giga project of Vision 2030 - KSA.DescriptionDevelop and implement Community Experience policies, processes & procedures in line with leading practices.Develop and implement the Community Experience strategy in coordination with relevant functions.Develop and implement Community Experience initiatives and programsEngage with the community and collect feedback and complaints and derive relevant insights.Coordinate with Events function to ensure that events are organized on a periodic basis.Coordinate with Marketing & Branding function to provide operational support for community events and activities as required (e.g., security, cleaning, logistics etc.).Manage call center services and activities performed by third party service providers and ensure their adherence to contractual agreements and high-quality standards.Manage satisfaction surveys and implementation of any initiatives to enhance the satisfaction of the community.ProfileBachelors degree in Sociology, Business Administration or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university.Masters degree in Sociology, Business Administration or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university is desirable.15+ years of professional experience in community management in a fast-paced and dynamic environment in a development organization.A proven track record of deploying forward-looking operational methods (including future/cutting-edge technologies).Comprehensive working knowledge of governing bodies, committees, and regulatory organizations for the development sector within KSA.Job OfferTax Free salary with family benefitsOpportunity to be a part of Vision 2030
