Allied Engineering Services??Our Main Divisions:? ? alfanar electric? ? alfanar Construction? ? alfanar Building SystemsJob PurposeThis position exists to assist in performing entry of nonconformity services data tasks efficiently, in timely manner and quality standards as per the defined policies and procedures to achieve departmental operational plans and developments.Functional Responsibilities

  • Interface with customers to handle after-sales service functions.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints/inquiries via mail or phone in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Monitor service order to ensure delivery to customers related to service functions
  • Coordinate, analyze and improve customer service functions to meet company goals
  • Maintain database of customer order and their comments/complains Maintain computerized information systems
