Interfacing with other organizations, sectors and others and agreeing on HSE audit schedules and scope..
Develop, implement, manage, and review the HSE Audit and Inspection plans in line with the strategic goals and objectives.
Develop and implement metrics and KPIs that will facilitate HSE best practice and support manufacturing excellence.
Ensure full compliance with all regulatory HSE requirements and reporting obligations.
Devise, develop and monitor effective HSE Risk Assessment management strategies and make recommendations on the implementation of these strategies as required.
Promote an inclusive occupational health programme including employee training and workplace participation.
Motivate and inspire colleagues across the whole Project to embrace a total HSE culture.
Using internal and external benchmarking establish performance expectations (HSE measures) for the Project to meet and/or exceed expectations.
Attend weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc meetings to represent the HSE team and advise on trending, positive and negative indicators and other metrics as required.
Be the focal point for the HSE Team for construction site compliance issues.
