Prepares, installs, configures and maintains software and hardware (computers, printers, network cards, CISCO IP phones and other devices , CISCO, Symantec Messaging gateway and antivirus, Sophos Firewall, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange Server)
Do what is required when a new employee joins and leaves the facility (such as the identification of the employee fingerprint , Access cards, e - mail account,, Access to shear folders ?, ...) according to the approved list.
Checks and follows up the efficiency of the work of the computer hardware and systems and checks the protection programs for the local network
Provides technical support or training to users on how to operate new devices and applications as well as existing and available networks
Develops and implements the maintenance plan for the devices and systems used.
Fixes and minimizes hardware and system failures.
Saves and updates repair logs and maintenance schedules.
Updates and reviews inventory, identifies shortages and creates purchase Requisitions .
Ensuring the implementation of Backup policies for all the network related applications including Active Directory, Exchange Server and CISCO Switches and Routers.
Prepares standard operating procedures (standard operating procedures for all tasks)
Performs periodic and non-periodic reports on the programs used and their effectiveness and submits them to the direct manager
Maintaining licenses, reviewing their validity and following up their renewal.
Performs similar duties assigned to him within his competence.
