The IT Security Consultant role requires an individual with vast number of years in IT & Cybersecurity in order to provide security advisory services within the IT domain. The main role to fulfil within IT domain the lack of expertise in regards to Cybersecurity with knowledge/experience about secure SDLC, Penetration Testing Reports Remediation Analysis and understanding to guide others within IT for remediation of security related issues, Security Architecture knowledge for servers, databases, three-tier implementation with security best practices into consideration (front-end web, backend infra & DBs interactions) and so on. The consultant will be a focal point regarding follow ups within IT domain regarding tracking of progress of remediation for the open security findings in systems and to provide help and guidance for other teams in the whole IT domain to enhance the speed of remediation and consultation on know-how of remediation. In addition to that role, the consultant will provide expertise regarding on-going delivery of IT Security projects when required. The IT Security consultant reports to Information Technology Division.
