Job Opening:A well-established & globally operating administration service provider is looking for:Position: Operation ManagerOnly for SAUDI NATIONALNo of Requirement?s: 5Experience : 3 to 6 Years in Customer ServiceLocation: Riyadh, Khobar & Jeddah ( KSA )? Undertake overall responsibility of the business unit? Direct responsibility for the Units profitability and achieve targets? Ensure compliance to all existing processes and meet the defined Service Level Agreement?s? Ensures that the Teams are mentored & work towards adherence of all SOP?s/ processes, required to be complied with, from an Organizational & ISO perspective.? Manage unit and staff efficiency & productivity Ensures that the Teams are aligned & contribute towards achievement of parameters enlisted in the Team Objective Tracker? Responsible for implementation of process enhancements to improve quality & efficiency of the Unit? Control & maintain Units expense budgets and allocated resources

  • Obtains customer satisfaction through customer relationship management programs.
  • Planning and volume forecasting to ensure accomplishments and companys profitability.
  • Achieves cost effective and profitable service level.
  • Supervises, trains and coaches center staff on a weekly basis.
  • Maintains positive environment within the center.
  • Creates sales volume growth and conducts sales analysis.
  • Monitors and analyzes business daily and controls expenses.
  • Liaises between operations team, Admin, HR, Security department for all day to day issues.
  • Ensures that equipment and furniture in good conditions by regular and periodic maintenance checks.
  • Represents the company in a professional manner and fulfills any other duties assigned by the country manager.
  • Manages, plans and administers all administrative operations of the center.
  • Prepares short and long range planning for services operations and improvements to processes.
  • Manages systems and procedures to protect the assets of the center.
  • Responsible to provide all workflow reports daily, monthly, yearly reports.
  • Responsible for maintain ISO IMC completed within the center
Conducting quarterly Audits and send the all required reports to management.
