Overseeing and supervising all purchasing activities .
Experience in dealing with international suppliers.
Following up with suppliers and shipments and ensuring proper shipment till destinations.
Preparing plans for the purchase of items.
Preparing companys procurement policies and procedures.
Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products to be purchased.
Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports.
Identify and introduce new materials, supply chain capabilities, technologies, and processes to meet current and future interests of products.
Inventory control: oversees the inventory of goods and places orders when supplies run low.
Minimize supply chain disruption and execute projects on time, and to budget.
Work cross-functionally with the Design, Project Management, Sales, Marketing and eCommerce teams to drive product improvements, development.
Develop and oversee processes for product management.
Regularly report on progress and results to senior management.
Develop and implement technology, procedures and processes that will allow the business to scale. Work with divisions across the company to reduce errors and work toward a seamless, error free customer experience.
