Conduct clinical rounds and oversee implementation of clinical quality improvement programs in collaboration with departments? supervisors.
Work in partnership with the relevant stakeholders for ongoing Quality Assurance and Risk Management activities.
Track quality improvement activities, assesses trends and provides reporting to various departments and committees.
Support hospital accreditation activities by maintaining appropriate data, monitoring standards and regulations to identify deficiencies, and recommends activities to meet standards.
Promote a safe environment and safe patient care by embracing a safety culture and identifying areas of risk within the hospital.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Service Excellence:
Contribute to the development and delivery of Aldara objectives and performance improvement projects using a continuous improvement paradigm.
Conduct internal auditing of compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
Investigate, monitor, document and report on quality of care and service issues.
Apply, teach, and skillfully use techniques for system design, reengineering, quality improvement, outcomes measurement, and statistical analysis.
Promote and maintain effective communication and teamwork and treat colleagues, patients and visitors with dignity and respect at all times.
Policies, Processes and Procedures:
Follow all relevant Administration/Patient Relations and Quality Department policies, procedures, and controls.
Promote the implementation and adherence to policies, procedures, and controls to others within Aldara.
Report on changes within Aldara that impact relevant policies, procedures and controls.
