Interface with Service Technician and ensure their parts and accessories needs are being met. Take service technicians orders for parts and fill them as past as possible.Assist service technicians in determining parts and accessories requirements for individual jobs.
Supply cost of parts information on repair orders.
Update inventory control system and parts catalog (Issuing/Receiving updating and creating new items).
Notify service personnel when special or back ordered parts are received.
Maintain cleanliness of parts and accessories.

Monthly stock reports submission to the Finance department.
Monitor consignment stock based on consumption.

Arrange the proper time return and replacement/repair of defective items under warranty.
Wrongly ordered or delivered item/s in coordination with the Purchasing Department.
