Job Description

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist for assisting the Talent Acquisition team to undertake all hiring activities, from advertising open roles to interviewing candidates and closing hires. Talent Acquisition Specialist responsibilities include connecting with potential candidates online and offline, screening applications and supporting hiring managers. Ultimately, you will be responsible for hiring qualified people while maintaining a positive candidate experience. You will be responsible for delivering the recruitment and manpower plan for KSA. Participate in the internal and external recruitment activities so that the organizations recruitment process is efficient, effective, and aligned with the business need and growth.Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare internal and external job advertisements, web postings in accordance
  • with the organization?s manpower plan.
  • Utilizing various sourcing methods and web portals such as Bayt.com,
  • and company?s career site.
  • Screening of all received CVs
  • Coordinating with candidates for interviews and conducting telephonic interviews before short-listing candidates.
  • Understand their competencies and skill sets, making them understand the job role.
  • Providing complete, accurate, and inspiring information to the candidates about the company and position.
  • Maintaining daily/ weekly/monthly reports such as interview status reports, closure reports feedback reports and recruitment progress sheet
  • Searching and recruiting of high caliber Saudi nationals to achieve overall Saudization goal
  • Drive the recruitment process including initial screening, selection, interview through to offer and acceptance.
  • Be part of the steering group which will develop and implement a Saudization strategy for the company
  • Create networks with educational establishments for the identification and hiring of Saudi national graduates
  • Support the onboarding process for newly recruited Saudi nationals.?
  • Responsible for the complete recruitment cycle of the Saudization programs
