Job Description

Parsons is providing design and construction supervision and management services to community development infrastructure and housing across Saudi Arabia. We are seeking engineers, architects, inspectors, surveyors, and construction management and administration personnel with community development construction supervision and management experience to join our growing team in Saudi Arabia.SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The Traffic Manager shall perform the following:
  • Directs the overall planning of traffic management activities to identify critical milestones and priorities
  • Determines budget estimates and staffing requirements for the defined scope and schedule. Ensures that the services of contractors and major construction equipment required by the program will be available at the appropriate time to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity
  • Establishes assignments for staff for various work areas of construction operations, monitoring progress and recommending corrective action as necessary
  • Manages the assignment of manpower, materials, and equipment to maximize efficiency, maintain schedules, and to meet budget goals. Keeps alert to possible problem areas and takes preventative action to ensure that critical milestones are met for each phase of the program
  • Prepares periodic reports summarizing progress of construction activities for higher-level management
  • Ensures effective implementation of all Company policies and procedures, including labor relations policies
  • Serves as the primary contact with subcontractors, and government representatives for traffic management-related activities.
