Warehouse Manager- Job Brief

Manage flow of all goods to/from the BTC warehouses.
Supervise warehouse status daily to ensure proper layout and storage conditions.
Coordinate with sales team and clients for timely and effective delivery of shipments.
Coach, manage and develop warehouse staff and team leaders to optimize performance and meet targets and deadlines.
Audit the implementation of warehouse department policies and procedures.
Investigates stock discrepancies, including negatives, unfound and sold out, and reporting the information to relevant managers by conducting inventory count as requested by the management (Scheduled and Random).
Report directly to the Operations Manager with timely inventory and delivery reports, and action plans.
Follow FIFO method (First IN First OUT) in receiving, stacking and delivering goods.
Ensure the accuracy and control of inventory level are accurate by conducting physical counts and controlling stock movement transactions.
Ensure correct recording of all inventory inflows/outflows.

Provide the Management with a monthly updated report on date of expiry for near expiry stock and follow up with sales team on the liquidation.
