Job Description

Provide support and assistance for the accounting department by executing daily accounting tasks, control the financial expenditure in every aspect including but not limited to production expenses, salaries, administration, license, ad hoc and other.

• Perform the assigned duties as per the set policies and procedures in order to achieve the department goals.
• Perform any combination of following: calculating, posting, and verifying duties to obtain financial data for use in maintaining accounting records.
• Compile and sort documents, such as invoices and checks, substantiating business transactions.
• Verify and post details of business transactions, such as funds received and disbursed, and totals accounts.
• Compute and record charges, refunds, cost of lost or damaged goods, freight charges, rentals, and similar items.
• May type vouchers, invoices, checks, account statements, reports, and other records.
• Secure financial information by completing database backups.
• Assist in the preparation process of the financial statements, and reconcile bank statements.

Perform any other tasks related to the job assigned by the direct manager.
