Home to 11 restaurants and bars, three managed externally and seven managed by Jumeirah Group, Jumeirah Al Naseem has a world of exquisite taste.?Jumeirah is committed to embedding equality, diversity, and inclusion in all its practices, embracing a culture that celebrates diversity.?About the Job:An opportunity has arisen for Bell Attendant, Concierge in Jumeirah Al Naseem.The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:Main Duties:

  • Open the car door for all guests arriving at or leaving from the main entrance in a polite and courteous manner and greet them with a warm smile.
  • Always use guest names, obtain form guest luggage tag, if not available.
  • Assist guests with loading & unloading of luggage as well as delivering it to and collecting it from the guest?s room ensuring that no damage is being done to any piece of luggage.
  • Deliver any faxes, messages, parcels, mail, newspapers, etc. to guest rooms in a timely manner and always verifying the guest?s name and room number.
  • Record any guest deliveries on the appropriate form.
  • Record any luggage deliveries and storages accurately on the correct form.
  • Issue luggage tags to the guests correctly.
  • Maintain a record of the car/taxi number plate for departing guests
  • Store guest?s luggage according to the hotel?s SOPs.
About You:The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
  • 1 years guest service experience in a 5 star Hotel
  • Knowledge of front office application.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
