Job Description

Job Purpose:This role will provide support to the Head of Customer Solutions & Marketing and assist in the executions of the department plans.

  • The position supports the business heads in business development leads and customer data.?
  • Handling of the Customer Tenders registrations, prepare Technical and Commercial proposals, collaborates with all departments to ensure timely responses, Manage the site visits plans and executions.
  • Gatekeep all the customer enquiries, qualifying the enquiries, arranging meetings with departments, ensuring the conversion funnel is handled within the service level standards given.
  • Prepare and execute the plans as per marketing calendar, maintain corporate information, presentations, brochures, collaterals uptodate.
  • Voice of the customer survey coordination and customer complaints handling.
?Customer Relationship Management
  • Responsible for Enquiry Management of all AFL customer enquiries, follow-ups, reporting and lead conversion.?
  • Handle the end to end Tender Desk for customers.?Registering the RFIs, managing the deadlines and ensuring 0% missed deadlines to customer tender timelines and queries.
  • Creating and updating the CRM Library, MIS reports (opportunity pipeline, lead database, etc..).
  • Attending customer meetings, training sales team new corporate information.?Organising customer meetings and events.
?Marketing Communication:
  • Execution of MarCom activities e.g. product launches, events and exhibitions, mail shots, advertising, newsletter, e-marketing, photoshoots, etc.
  • Coordinate the production of online and offline marketing material
  • Write press releases, newsletter articles, blogs, posts, and case studies for the stakeholders.
  • Content development with creative, social media agencies.
  • Digital Social Media Marketing, Creative Designing, Marketing events handling
  • Manage the agencies to execute the calendar plans, manage their performances, invoices
  • Ensure the brand identity is sustained across the organisation both internal and external
  • Execute the projects within timeline and budget
  • Represent the company in a professional and knowledgeable manner
  • Prepare inhouse creative designs using adobe suits: such a blog posts, poster, presentations, photo shop, video editing, etc.
  • Maintenance of marketing collateral inventory, marketing expense reports and marketing library.
  • Ensure all AFL offices have the up to date corporate information in the front desks.
  • Supplier management of hiring vendors, registering with procurement and ensuring invoices are tallied.
?Customer Service
  • Attend to inbound customer and corporate marketing enquiries from online & offline.
  • Ensure all customer complaints are recorded with timely closure and valid root causes.
  • Follow-up and maintain up-to-date records of customer (complaints, sales visits, customer details, communications records, customer analytics) and enhance CRM functionality towards ISO standards.
  • Synthesize information from various customer data sources
  • Maintain records of all customer quotes/ enquiry
