Compensation and Benefits Officer:Location: UAEApplicants must already be located inside UAE to qualify for this position.One of our leading energy and industrial clients are looking for an experienced Compensation and Benefits Officer to join their HR team here in UAE, Dubai.Key Roles & Responsibilities to include:Establish compensation guidelinesFormulate and analyse job descriptions evaluations and classificationsConduct salary surveys and bench markingPerform compensation & benefit audits, prepare and present reportsRole Requirements:Minimum 5+ years direct experience in Compensation & BenefitsGood knowledge of Mercer, Towers Watson in regards to Compensation & Benefits.Expertise in Job evaluation, grading, and mapping.Good in Microsoft Excel and able to handle large spreadsheets.Good working knowledge of other MS Office programs.Good knowledge on UAE labor law, in terms of compensation and benefits.
