We work across many industry verticals and pride ourselves in providing leapfrog products and services.We are looking for a Digital Business Analyst to work alongside our core User Experience team based in Dubai.The ideal candidate will ideally be able to understand business requirements and any technical limitations, as well as be responsible for conceiving and working closely with clients, tech team, and senior client partners to establish a shared understanding alongside the UX team.He/She will participate in discovery and ideation sessions for enhancements of current products, or any new product requirements (web and mobile) to work with the design teams to identify the best user experience and journeys.He/She should efficiently discuss and analyze the requirements with all kinds of stakeholders, externally and internally.The ideal candidate should be able to efficiently understand the business requirements and translate it into requirements documentation easy to be understood and handled both by the client business stakeholders and the design and development teams.Business Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement
  • Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
  • Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
  • Performing requirements analysis.
  • Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
  • Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
  • Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
  • Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff.
  • Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
  • Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
  • Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
  • Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
  • Managing competing resources and priorities.
  • Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
Business Analyst Requirements
  • A bachelor?s degree in business or related field
  • Excellent documentation skills.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
  • Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Experience leading and developing top-performing teams.
  • A history of leading and supporting successful projects.
  • Arabic speaking is a plus
