The traineeship duration is 6 months and will develop your technical knowledge and soft skills and provide on the job learning and exposure.As part of our Early Career Traineeship, you will be involved in:Customer Service Specialist? Responsible to meet all the company HSE and compliance targets and trainings? Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers problems and concerns.? Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.? Uses knowledge of a specific product, service, or other assigned area of expertise to answer inquiries or to forward to the appropriate staff.?
