Job Details What you will do˜The Lead Technician - Security Systems is a key role reporting directly to the Field Line Manager and will be based in Dubai. ˜The Aftermarket CFS team carry out service, maintenance and retrofit projects on, Security Management Systems (SMS) used for improve customer experience on Surveliance Systems across multiple industries including commercial, retail and hospitality.˜As a Lead Technician you will be responsible for handling PSA Customers along with leading Retrofit projects in the field of Security Systems. ˜As a member of this team, you will work within a multifaceted environment that provides a platform for you to develop your technical and project management skills.˜How you will do it˜As a Lead Technician, you have knowledge of the latest security system products and electronics/Networking knowledge which you will use while leading design, install, configure, commission, program and testing of security systems which includes access control system, video surveillance system (CCTV), ANPR, facial recognition, intercom, barriers, visitor management etc. at the same time you will be involved in integrations of security systems with various types of subsystems and do several database level migrations from legacy access control to the latest P2000, CCure9000 & CEM and configure automated customized reports from database as per the client requirements. ˜You should have hands on experience on Installing, Programming & commissioning of various Access Control System & CCTV System Platforms, Speed gates, Carpark barriers and set up/test third party software integration.˜You will be involved in Local CCTV Authority inspections, video guard integrations with video management systems from different manufacturers. You will utilize your technical experience and knowledge to lead the commissioning of newly introduced security systems without having experience on it with local support. ˜As a Lead Technician for your area, you have a good sense of emergence to adapt to newer technological advancements and always on the look to induct newer ways of operations and implementations. You will be the customer concern point on emergency callouts, technical issues and provides coaching, mentoring and technical assistance to team members and clients.You will coordinate with client?s IT team to understand their IT & network requirements and implement as per solution requirement. You will be involved in Database level integration as per the client requirement. ˜You will be the focal point for client, sales, manufacturer to achieve the required solutions to fulfil the client requirements and will be accountable for planning and implementing of Ethernet LAN and WAN infrastructure for an enterprise solutions and analyze the network Infrastructure on periodic basis, based on analysis recommend the solutions & then implement them to overcome the bottlenecks in performance of electronic security system so as to keep the network and systems running on optimum level always.˜You will lead the Installing, upgrading, configuration, patching, tuning and administering Microsoft windows-based servers, SQL database servers and various types of storage servers and also be accountable for configuring and maintaining a system for high availability by using various types of server duplication solutions and failover solutions and plan, test and implement database replications, backup strategies and ensuring scheduled and unscheduled backups as per the backup plan. You will be in the validation of complete system functionality and troubleshoots problems with subcontractors and other trades to ensure accurate operation.˜As a Lead technician your responsibility will also include investigating and performing vital diagnostic procedures and resolve complex technical issues pertaining to hardware, Software operating system & database by using your expertise, diagnostic tools and support team in all aspects through technical expertise on systems, networks and security products & applications.˜What we look for˜Required˜

• Bachelor?s degree in Electrical /Electronic engineering or equivalent˜
• Minimum 5 Years? Experience with programming, installation, Commissioning & Servicing of Various Brands CCTV (Bosch Milestone, Pelco Endura & Video Expert, Exacq Vision & Victor Video Management Platforms) & Access Control systems (P2K, C CURE, NITGEN & CEM ACS Applications)˜
• Proven technical knowledge and experience of working on Integration with Visitor Management, Intercoms, Fire, Bollards, Speed gates, Intrusion, Room booking and Facial Recognition systems˜
• Proven technical knowledge and experience of working on Integration of SQL databases with different applications.˜
• Shown technical knowledge and experience of working on high level Integration with Lifts, Thermal Cameras & Perimeter detectors.˜
• SIRA or ADMCC Certification.˜
• Proven technical knowledge and experience of clustered servers (Windows & Database)˜
• Proven technical knowledge and experience of Stratus ever Run, ComVault & VMware platforms, networking and Microsoft SQL˜
• Prioritize and effectively apply technical resources, information, material, and support to assure efficient execution of all work youre leading˜
• Provides solutions to others on very complex system problems by either troubleshooting or advising how to resolve problems˜
• Must adhere to company safety policies and procedures to ensure all duties are performed in a safe and professional manner˜
• Proficient in English speaking &Writing˜
