Support the Indirect Materials and Service procurement function that involves international procurement of various items. Primary point of contact for key account managers within the vendors and value chain, leading the supply management.
Collaborate and align with international Procurement teams on benchmarking, data gathering, and new tools implementation.
Work collaboratively with external/cross functional contacts to ensure supply requirements are being met.
Understanding of planning management system & tools, Warehouse and Transportation Management system for accurate processing ability including invoice Kick-Outs.
Accountable to provide accurate supply pipe-line data for in and out bound logistics / planning.
Within the framework of the cross functional sourcing and supplier development teams, closely develop and manage the relationship with internal customers.
Manages day-to-day activities within designated supplier relationships in their assigned categories /region.
Manages service level and quality complaint resolution as required for existing supplier base
Identifies, communicates, and supports process improvements for materials or services in assigned areas and with key stakeholders as required
Uses TDC (Total Delivered Cost) sourcing processes and tools to effectively manage assigned sub-categories
Responsible for execution and proposing sourcing strategies and savings projects within assigned sub-categories
Acts as second line of defense in expediting orders to ensure adherence to contracted delivery terms and investigates and resolves problems as required
Identifies alternate suppliers and/or alternate materials/processes and drives approval process
Owns contract process for assigned categories / region
Responsibility for ensuring contracts within the category are updated, accurate, and uploaded in the required contract system
Responsible for financial reporting of savings projects and headwinds
Manages the tight materials process to ensure security of supply
Support the groups quality systems through engagement with suppliers to work toward successful corrective action resolution and continued quality
Leads savings projects, TDC sourcing process or other initiatives that supports achieving team goals
Collaborates with regional / global sourcing teams

Qualifications Education and Experience:
Bachelors Degree in with procurement specializations
CIPS certification will be beneficial.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Supply Planning, or Demand Planning areas
Solid mathematical and statistical knowledge, with a preference for having applied experience in problem solving/projects in a professional environment
