About the role.The role is responsible for all the name plates within the assigned group (Either Passenger Cars, Or Sport Utility Vehicles, Or Light Commercial Vehicles) to ensure competitiveness of the assigned products (content, packaging, price positioning, model life cycle management, launch readiness) by conducting extensive market research and analysis on competitors, customers and the operating environment and collaboratively working cross functionally within AFM and with TMC to formulate midterm product strategy as well short term action plans that enable achievement of annual budget volume, segment share and profit targets.?The individual will be the primary liaison with the OEM Product Team as the operational face of AFM.?One source of truth for the product portfolio across AFM stakeholders.Key Accountabilities:
