• Currently, we are looking for a passionate and energetic˜Quality Supervisor˜in the˜Contract Logistics Team.˜ The position will ensure to manage the training activities done as well as the effectiveness of these activities. To ensure that documentation process are being done in accordance to the procedure

˜Key Responsibilities

• Implement proper documentation procedure and organize all the files in accordance to the DCC (Document Control Center) procedure.
• Provide the necessary improvements on the existing documentation process.˜
• Generate SOP concerning all documentation aspects.
• Monitoring the documentation process to see if it is being followed and implemented as indicated in the procedure.
• Develop training manuals and other materials that will be useful in the training sessions.
• Provide training plans and coordinate with the Quality Team.˜ Check the effectiveness of training conducted through the QA data gathered.
• Monitoring the performance of the operators that undergo training and train them if they are not being effective.
• Analyzing the effectiveness of training given to the operatives and cross-train if necessary to function on different areas.
• Coordinating with the Quality Supervisor for any plans or problems encountered during the training period.
• Get involved in the customer claims received and use these scenarios as part of the training plan / programs.
• Provide summary report or progress report on the activities done.
• Ensure right parts in right condition are shipped to customer achieving
• Reducing overall claims from customers ? 10% reduction against total lines shipped year on year
• Identify Continues Improvement Opportunities and Implement quality initiatives like Quality Walls etc., on time as per schedule.
• Timely Reports, tracking and monitoring team performance.
• Monitor and Ensure all claim types are closed within 30 calendar days.

Job Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

• University degree
• Experience in the logistics or production in a quality engineering function.
• Years of experience as DCC (Document Control Center) Staff or Trainor.
• Sound understanding of a quality management system, documentation procedure and training plans.
• Excellent communication/presentation skills together with exceptional analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and also comfortable with team-based work structure.
• Excellent knowledge in MS office packages.
• Proven ability to work under pressure, and the ability to think strategically and creatively.
• Can suggest a lot of improvement in the aspect of training and documentation procedure
