You will be well-positioned to enable the company to scale and be adept to change in a fast-moving technology startup. Youll work to best practice and join an established team of technologists and a successful product to build upon. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, determine the feasibility of proposed features and represent the team in meetings. We work in a fast-paced environment with highly collaborative cross-functional teams where you will work on existing product improvements and roll out of brand-new features and technologies.Responsibilities

• Overseeing a multi-disciplinary Marketing team, creating and developing the integrated marketing strategy & quarterly/annual marketing plans that align with CAFU?s business and performance objectives
• Lead all aspects of CAFU marketing initiatives, overseeing the management and execution of integrated brand, marketing, PR, social and growth campaigns across all channels, ensuring alignment and consistency of brand positioning.
• Champion Marketing requirements with the Product team, working closely with the Product Managers to ensure these are fully understood, scoped, and included in the Product roadmap and launch timelines are aligned with Marketing Plans.
• Create and manage promotional strategy ensuring campaigns are profitable and ROI can be tracked and measured effectively.
• Plan, prepare, and manage the annual Marketing budget across all marketing verticals, ensuring a strong return on investment and efficient CAC.
• Partner closely with internal stakeholders to plan, manage and launch marketing support for new markets, products and services.
• Support the B2B sales team with marketing and lead generation requirements.
• Lead RFP activities for the Marketing department working closely with the Procurement team and relevant stakeholders.
• Oversee marketing research and customer insights to identify opportunities to reach new customers, and market segments and expand market share
• Prepare and manage weekly, monthly, and annual KPI and activity reports for the Marketing department and present them to the senior Leadership team and stakeholders.
• Working closely with the senior management to participate in quarterly and annual planning of company objectives.
• Lead and mentor multi-disciplinary marketing team
• Set, monitor, and report on team objectives and goals
