Middle EastNathan & Nathan HR is a leading HR and Employee Outsourcing Provider across GCC.?Sr. Manager (Contractor), Commercial Operations˜? Middle EastThis is a renewable contract engagement with our client, who is a research-based biopharmaceutical company headquartered in America.?Essential Duties and Job Functions (not limited to):?

  • Drive Sales & Marketing alignment and efficiency via closely working with Commercial operations & Business Unit Heads
  • Provides reliable and accurate analyses and reports to internal customers to support decision making on key strategies
  • Responsible for developing & maintaining patient forecast models and identifying the drivers of variance in monthly forecasts and long-range forecasts
  • Owns data and reporting needs for an area of concentration and runs monthly / quarterly processing to support Commercial teams
  • Partner with agencies on different market research agencies & consultants to deliver the reports as per the requirements
  • Define, implement and monitor the productivity indicators used in measuring sales performance (incl. multichannel metrics) and efficiency
  • Provides reliable & accurate analyses and reports to influence decision-making on key strategies and recommends ways to optimize sales force utilization and effectiveness based on analytical findings
  • Provides ongoing support to field sales (incl. partners); recommends ways to develop methodology to optimize HCPs segmentation & coverage
  • Closely work with commercial operation lead to oversee benchmarking and incentive/ compensation programs roll out & calculations
  • Support the CRM tools with respect to different modules/ functions and roll out to field force teams.
  • Understand the needs for different therapeutic teams and work with outside vendors & internal experts to facilitate learning needs (through trainings or workshops)
  • Manage the internal learning platform with content updation, based on therapeutic & sales competencies requirements
  • Support the affiliate on special projects / business reviews (as needed)
Preferred Experience:
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in similar role preferably in a global pharmaceutical or biotech industry or Consulting
  • Prior SFE / A&I specialist experience required
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant software systems, BI systems (such as tableau, Power BI,) and pharmaceutical data sources (such as IQVIA)
  • In-depth knowledge of MS office (especially advanced Excel & PowerPoint) is required.
Knowledge, Experience and Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal communication, facilitation, problem solving, decision making and analytical skills
  • Highly self-motivated and self-managed; ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal coaching or supervision.˜
