  • Design the training strategy and roadmap for vendors - examples could be learning courses, training programs, and workshops for vendors about transmission, vendor portal, and all vendor operation materials.
  • Assist Vendor content strategy and content initiatives to ensure vendor engagement, brand consistency, and positive customer experience. Liaise with the Partner Growth team to develop and maintain online micro-learning modules, and build the vendors operations knowledge base.ÿ
  • Responsible for the creation of training material for onboarding new vendors and re-boarding of existing vendors.ÿ
  • Build training SOPs and metrics to measure vendor performance and compliance.ÿ
  • Support the on creation of training materials for our internal account management team, and coach them on the new KPIs.ÿ
  • Conduct Vendor Engagement activities and Focus Group discussions with restaurant partners to understand their pain points and work on them.
  • Lead entire training lifecycle to improve retention of existing vendors and increase the vendor adoption rate.ÿ
  • Work with the regional partner growth and logistics teams to plan and conduct training sessions within the organization. Assess the effectiveness of vendor training through periodic surveys/feedback.
  • Review and create reports and analyze the service provided.
  • Mentor and coach the teams to deliver a high standard of training.
What Did We Order?
  • 3-5 years of experience as a training professional (food/grocery tech industry is highly preferred).
  • Deep knowledge of Training and Quality in a Customer Service or BPOÿ
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills in English and Arabic
  • Ability to manage the entire training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning.
  • Must have strong Training Delivery skills and knowledge of Quality tools.
  • Proficient in Google Suite tools like GDoc, GSheet, GSlides, GForms, etc.
  • Stakeholder management skills: Experience in dealing with cross-cultural team members and cross-functional teams
  • Ability to analyze data and derive insights from comprehensive data reports
  • Influencer and negotiator with good public speaking and presentation skills.
