Job Description

CAFU signed up to the SDG Ambition Accelerator program by setting ambitious sustainability goals and developing a technology strategy to improve measurement and performance towards achieving those goals, aligning to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 13 committed to Climate Action.As the talent manager, you will be responsible for creating an employee brand that speaks to the varying talents within CAFU, enabling us to attract and acquire the best talent. You will be responsible for the creation and sustainment of talent acquisition operating models ? processes, standardized documents, automation ? that are fit for purpose for the specific business areas. You will responsible for the candidates experience across the whole of the business.You will embody the approach of a rebel (CAFU Brand Archetype) and you will use this to create innovative ways to attract and acquire the best talent.ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition

  • Creates monitors and sustains the operating model, ensuring this is translated into processes and routines that are understood across the business at all levels. You will work to automate and simply and digitalize the experience for hiring managers as well as candidates.
  • Own and monitor the candidate experience, partnering with CX to conduct social listening.
  • Own and manage the Elements account, partnering with them to ensure continuous improvement and data availability to enable decision-making.
  • Ensure that Elements are embedded into the business as an extended part of the team, invited to all CAFU Meets, All Hands, and other cascades/update meetings.
  • Specifically, partner to deliver quality hiring for Corporate roles.
  • Ensure up-to-date operating structure to enable accurate workforce planning aligned to scaling.
  • Enable the talent implant by ensuring up-to-date s and a robust budget and approval process.
  • Develop an innovative and creative acquisition and onboarding process ? setting CAFU apart from competitors and creating a buzz amongst candidates.
  • Create reporting frameworks to ensure hiring managers are always in the know on the progress of vacancies.
  • Designs appropriate staffing solutions, in partnership with stakeholders and people team, to ensure speed to market and access to the best talent.
  • Partners with the People team on the onboarding process, aligning the experience to the brand.
Talent Attraction, EVP & Employer Branding
  • Develops a brand that is congruent with the CAFU Code and Culture, creating CAFU as an employer of choice within the technology space.
  • Uses creative and innovative ways to win the war on talent.
  • Use creative ways to increase the visibility of CAFU as a brand ? partner across the business to enable content to be consumed on appropriate channels.
Operating Structure
  • Ensure the right sizing of the talent acquisition team, monitoring ratios against headcount to ensure time to hire is not impacted
Data led decisions
  • Uses data to influence people-related decisions.
  • Designs and implements acquisition metrics to enable an understanding of the function and provide data to stakeholders to update and influence hiring decisions.
Reward
  • Partner with the People team to ensure accurately and up to date benchmarking is used for role budget levels, ensure knowledge is shared so CAFU has constantly updated understanding of the global market movements on critical roles.
