Since 2014, Niagara College KSA (NC KSA) has operated technical and vocational training colleges throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in support of the Vision 2030 initiative and partnership with the Colleges of Excellence (CoE). Headquartered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, NC KSA provides community and customized training based on Niagara College Canadas expertise and international track records as one of Canadas most innovative and enterprising applied learning post-secondary institutions. With a strong focus on developing world- and work- ready graduates, NC KSA specializes in delivering a number of quality programs designed to prepare young men and women for successful entry into the workforce in the areas of Business, Event Management, Occupational Health & Safety, Information Technology, Building & Construction, and Graphic Design. All NC KSA campuses also offer a foundation program for English language development.Applications are invited for the position of Manager, Administrative, Niagara College KSA in King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC). Reporting to the Director, Niagara College KSA, the Manager, Administrative is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of the NC KSA branch and projects at King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC), including operations and facility. Working closely with the Senior Management Team, the incumbent will also execute the colleges vision, mission, and goals, hiring and retaining staff and enhancing the team?s professional standards.The Manager, Administrative will oversee the development and execution of the college?s Business Plan at KAEC branch and projects in effectively leading all relevant departments supporting the active recruitment and successful retention of trainees in support of enrolment and budget targets. The incumbent will also work with their team to establish effective quality control measures and high academic standards and oversee the execution of budget planning and evaluation of educational programs.Responsibilities?include?but?are?not?limited?to:

  • Creates a work environment that is conducive to effective team/individual performance necessary to support the development and delivery of high-quality, sustainable, and educational programs/services, leading to a high level of student/client confidence and satisfaction with Niagara College KSA programs/services
  • Develops and optimizes strategic linkages and partnerships with all levels of government, community, education, business, industry and international education sectors to secure new educational and training opportunities in a competitive and diverse educational marketplace
  • Establishes, grows, and maintains business networks with key strategic partners and sectors identified via labour market intelligence
  • Monitors KAEC branch deliveries and provide timely resolution to operational needs
  • Identifies relevant tendering opportunities and follows up with appropriate tenders and proposals in coordination with the Business Development Team
  • Meets proposal deadline by establishing priorities and target dates for information gathering, writing, review, and approval; entering and monitoring tracking data; coordinating requirements with contributors; contributing proposal status information to review meetings; transmitting proposals and RFPs
  • Establishes positioning, identifies target audiences and develops marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
  • Leads the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
  • Analyzes customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
  • Creates, maintains, and conducts analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extracts key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, completing formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
