Job Description

Since 2014, Niagara College KSA (NC KSA) has operated technical and vocational training colleges throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in support of the Vision 2030 initiative and partnership with the Colleges of Excellence (CoE). Headquartered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, NC KSA provides community and customized training based on Niagara College Canadas expertise and international track records as one of Canadas most innovative and enterprising applied learning post-secondary institutions. With a strong focus on developing world- and work- ready graduates, NC KSA specializes in delivering a number of quality programs designed to prepare young men and women for successful entry into the workforce in the areas of Business, Event Management, Occupational Health & Safety, Information Technology, Building & Construction, and Graphic Design. All NC KSA campuses also offer a foundation program for English language development.Applications are invited for the position of Administrator, Office, Niagara College KSA in King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC). Reporting to the Manager, Administrative, the Administrator, Office is a key figure in the organization supporting and overseeing day-to-day operations in a professional and organized fashion.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Calendar Management of the Administrative Manager
o??Manages extensive and constantly changing schedules for the Administrative Manager; responds to meeting requests, handles scheduling conflicts
  • Administrative Manager?s Administrative Support
o??Provides administrative support and office reception to the Administrative Manager?s officeo??Maintains a comprehensive administrative filing system for the Administrative Manager?s office in accordance with the management team and making sure records are managed and archivedo??Performs general administrative duties such as word processing, filing, answering phones, photocopying, faxing, creating and retrieving correspondenceo??Assists in meeting deadlines for various tasks and in the planning of events, as requiredo??Manages and distributes incoming and outgoing internal and external mailo??Liaises with Procurement and Finance to track budget expenditures, reconcile expense reports and petty cash submissionso??Assists in preparations for audits, reviews and meetings with business advisory council, external partners and stakeholders
  • Working with other functional areas of the NC KSA
o??Facilitates effective communication between departments and individuals both inside and out of the Administrative Manager?s officeo??Utilizes a variety of technology including but not limited to MS Word, Adobe PDF, MS Excel, MS database and PowerPointo??Prepares compiling documents for reporting purposes
  • Special Projects
o??From time to time, the incumbent will be involved in short term projects with a predetermined team to assist where needed
  • Other duties as assigned
