Provide with proficient support and execution in terms of˙ process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels as well as in support service programs, policy, processes and systems in full compliance with YASREF strategies and operational priorities (profit, safety, reliability, and environmental requirements).
Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and close follow-up of the essential core support services activities , including but not limited to facility and community in addition to Office Services and general services such as Travel, Transportation as well as the catering services.
Perform the assigned services activities in full compliance with the company management system in aspect of the required formalities, approval workflow and execution time frame.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Effective Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.
