  • ÿFunctions within the framework and boundaries of Group policies as well as overall organizational and governance frameworks.
  • ÿAuthorized to take decisions as per the approved authorization matrix.
QualificationsMinimum Qualification
  • ÿMust have Bachelor?s degree but ideally a Master in Business Administration, Economics Econometrics, Data Mining or Science, or any other relevant finance degree or diploma.ÿÿ
  • ÿDeveloped high technical, analytical, collaboration, stakeholder management, presentation and communication skills.
  • ÿDemonstrated expertise and understanding of ESG
  • ÿShould possess a solid understanding of change management and transformation ÿ
Minimum Experience
  • ÿOptimal at least 3 years? experience working with strategy, analytics in a financial organization, large company, university or government body such as central bank, regulator etc.
  • ÿExperience with strategy development and implementationÿ
  • Ideally previous experience of working with ESG
Additional InformationImplementation of the group wide ESG strategy within FAB. Support to get ESG priorities embedded in ÿFAB?s business objectives, policies and product development. Ensure that ESG priorities are embedded and implemented with the Group. Support to make ESG part of culture and DNA of the Bank. Setting, monitoring and supporting implementation of ESG commitments to ensure full adherence with all aspects and obligations.Contribute to the development and implementation of the Bank?s ESG strategy and plans to achieve ongoing improvement in performance.
