We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Female Beautician specializing in facials,chemical peelings, and skincare consultation with a background knowledge of skincare. Theideal candidate will possess expertise in providing personalized skincare treatments,including analyzing skin conditions, recommending appropriate treatments, and deliveringexceptional customer service. This role requires a good understanding of various skincaretechniques, products, and trends in the beauty industry.Responsibilities:? Perform professional skincare services according to established protocols, and clientneeds using various products and techniques, including Hydra facial, chemicalpeeling, acne treatment cleansing, and exfoliation.? Conduct skin analyses to assess clients skin conditions, concerns, and goals.? Provide expert skincare advice and recommendations based on individual skin types,conditions, and desired outcomes.? Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and products in skincare to offerinnovative and effective treatments.? Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring compliance with sanitationand safety standards.? Educate clients on proper skincare routines, product usage, and post-treatment careto enhance treatment outcomes and client satisfaction.? Maintain accurate and detailed client records, including treatment history, skinassessment results, and product recommendations.? Assist in skincare sales, ensuring product knowledge and effectively communicatingtheir benefits to clients.? Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service,personalized attention, and continuous follow-up to build communication channelswith clients.? Attend relevant training sessions, workshops, or industry events to expandknowledge and skills.? Recommending skin care products and services to customers, including moisturizersand cleansers.? Adhere to appointments promptly by monitoring the schedule.? Welcome clients in a warm, friendly manner and spend 10 minutes to understandclient needs.
