Business Development ManagerJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:•Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential business opportunities.•Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth and market penetration.•Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine business strategies.•Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.•Act as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and satisfaction.•Develop and execute client engagement plans to foster long-term partnerships.•Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.•Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.•Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.•Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.•Leverage personal and professional networks to expand business opportunities.•Promote the company’s brand and values within the community and industry.•Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with organizational goals.•Contribute to a positive and dynamic team culture, fostering innovation and collaboration.Qualifications:•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.•Minimum of 15 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles, with a strong focus on the Abu Dhabi market.•Proven track record of achieving business growth and revenue targets.•In-depth knowledge of the Abu Dhabi market, including key industries, trends, and business practices.•Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.•Strong network of contacts within the Abu Dhabi business community.•Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.•Preferably an Emirati national, with a deep understanding of local culture and business environment.
