The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our services, identifying potential clients, and strengthening our market presence in Abu Dhabi, Dubai. This role demands excellent communication, presentation, negotiation skills, and the ability to drive business growth through strategic marketing initiatives.Key Responsibilities: Client acquisition and Relationship Management:

  • Identify and develop relationships with prospective clients in the overseas recruitment sector.
  • Maintain strong connections with existing clients to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
Marketing Strategy Development:
  • Design and execute marketing plans to increase brand awareness and expand market reach.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
Presentation and Communication:
  • Deliver impactful presentations and proposals to clients to showcase Mahad Manpowers recruitment capabilities.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of objectives.
Negotiation and Closing:
  • Negotiate contracts and service agreements with clients to achieve mutually beneficial terms.
  • Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets through effective deal closure.
Market Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and gaps in the recruitment industry.
  • Recommend innovative marketing and business development approaches based on analysis.
Brand Promotion:
  • Represent Mahad Manpower at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Develop promotional materials and campaigns to enhance the companys visibility.
Key Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing within the Overseas Recruitment Industry.
  • Licenses: A valid driver?s license is mandatory.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM tools and marketing software.
  • Education: Bachelor?s or MBA Degree.
