Job PurposeEnsure availability of complete documentation for issuance of NOCs to third party stakeholders. Verify activity locations and oversee updates on company geographic information systems. Provide advice on automation and data management solutions for departmental activities. Administer clustering and tie-in corridoring activities.Job activities cover NOC, GIS and clustering and tie-in corridoring support activities across companyJob Specific Accountabilities (Part 1)?ÿÿ ÿProcesses all NOC requests received from third party contractors (Municipality, Armed Forces, Etisalat, Transco, ADWEA, OPCO?s and other consultant and contractors).?ÿÿ ÿVerify the availability of project details and associated maps and other forms to describe the projectÿ?ÿÿ ÿDisseminate project details to involved internal stakeholder in case the request is for activities outside residential areaÿ?ÿÿ ÿDetermine if there is conflicting priorities among stakeholders ÿbetween stakeholders facilitate meetings to resolve identified challengeÿ?ÿÿ ÿOversee alternative presented to stakeholders to facilitate tie in and clustering corridoring activitiesÿ?ÿÿ ÿEnsure that quality of data and updates provided to stakeholders for the generation of tie in and clustering solutions.?ÿÿ ÿMaintains registering and updates records for all received/ issued projects drawings & documents which are related to the NOC requests from/ to third parties/ ADCO Focal points.ÿ?ÿÿ ÿCoordinates with GIS Engineers about projects? data & GIS system for cross checking the submitted NOC request data with company existing & future facilities to make sure that there is no interface.ÿ?ÿÿ ÿReviews the received requests to define the proposed project location in respect to company Concession area/Operating area as per the submitted coordinates.?ÿÿ ÿLiaisons with all Focal Points in Operations, Engineering, Drilling and Health, Safety Environment Division related to all NOC requests in order to check it?s compliance with company technical & safety procedures. ÿ?ÿÿ ÿPrepares and issues the NOC requests to the concerned Divisions focal points as applicable to receive their input.?ÿÿ ÿConducts site visits and arranges coordination meetings with the third party contractors and company Focal Points to the proposed locations in order to discuss technical issues and agree the planned location.?ÿÿ ÿCollects and compiles all NOC result reports from different division focal points to prepare a final reply to the third party contractors for Management Signature.ÿ?ÿÿ ÿAssures that third party contractors submit compliance letter prior to the final issue of NOC inline with company standard requirements.ÿJob Specific Accountabilities (Part 2)Job Specific Accountabilities (Part 3)Generic AccountabilitiesSupervision?ÿÿ ÿPlan, supervise and coordinate all activities in the assigned area to meet functional objectives.?ÿÿ ÿTrain and develop the assigned staff on relevant skills to enable them to become proficient on the job and deliver the respective section objectives.Budgets?ÿÿ ÿProvide input for preparation of the Department/ Section budgets and assist in the implementation of the approved Budget and work plans to deliver Section objectives.ÿ?ÿÿ ÿInvestigate and highlight any significant variances to support effective performance and cost control.Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures?ÿÿ ÿImplement approved Department / Section policies, processes, systems, standards and procedures in order to support execution of the Department / Section?s work programs in line with Company and International standards.?ÿÿ ÿComply with all applicable legislation and legal regulations.Performance Management?ÿÿ ÿContribute to the achievement of the approved Performance Objectives for the Department / Section in line with the Company Performance framework.Innovation and Continuous Improvement?ÿÿ ÿDesign and implement new tools and techniques to improve the quality and efficiency of ÿ operational processes.?ÿÿ ÿIdentify improvements in internal processes against best practices in pursuit of greater efficiency in line with ISO standards in order to define intelligent solutions for issues confronting the function.Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) and Sustainability?ÿÿ ÿComply with relevant HSE policies, procedures & controls and applicable legislation and sustainability guidelines in line with international standards, best practices and ADNOC Code of PracticesReports?ÿÿ ÿProvide inputs to prepare Section MIS and progress reports for Company ManagementGeneric Accountabilities (continue)Internal Communications & Working RelationshipsContact with line Manager/ peers and other employees within the company/Group as requiredÿExternal Communications & Working RelationshipsContact with external parties including consultants, third party service providers, and government agencies as requiredÿÿMinimum QualificationBachelor Degree in GIS & Software Applications or equivalentMinimum Experience, Knowledge & Skills6 years of experience in Engineering functions related to projects, draughting, geographical system.Professional CertificationsAs applicableWork Condition, Physical effort & Work EnvironmentPhysical EffortMinimalWork EnvironmentA/C environment, could be exposed to the prevailing weather conditions like heat, humidity and dust during occasional site visits.Additional DetailsJob Family / Sub Family:Technical Services / Engineering ServicesJob DimensionRevenues/ Budget: As per approved financial budgetDirect Reports: As per organization chartIndirect Reports: As per organization chart
