Job Description

We are looking for Accountant (Female Filipino Only)Experience: 2- 8 years Location: Dubai, UAEAn accountant is responsible for preparing and maintaining financial records for the organization. Their duties include examining financial statements to ensure they comply with local and international regulations and providing financial advice to the top management in order for them to make informed decisions.Roles and responsibilities:

• Posting of Suppliers Invoicing, Daily /Weekly /Monthly
• Communicating with Supplier, for Material Delivery & Payment related issues
• Petty Cash posting & Reimbursement(Office, Procurement, PRO, Engineers)
• Performing Quarterly Inventory check/ Stock taking.
• Managing Fuel for Company cars, Arranging Payments and Posting Expense to Related Divisions
• Stock Entries and issuance
• Preparing CDC and PDC Payment Schedule on Daily, Weekly, Monthly bases
• Managing & Releasing supplier & Other payments
• Maintaining Daily , Weekly Cash inflow & Out Flow
• Maintaining Payment tracker, Priority of Payments
• Preparing Payment Plan according to Cash flow
• Maintaining PDC Issued Chq Register and clearing chqs through system, Daily /Weekly bases
• Managing Credit Card Payments used
• Managing Facilities (Like Emarat Fuel, Salik etc)
• Posting of Credit Card Expenses & Reconciling on Monthly Basis
• Preparation of Advance Payment Trackers and Posting in System
• Preparation of VAT Quarterly Summaries and filing on the FTA portal
• Maintaining VAT Payment Schedule & VAT Payments for Group
• Familiar with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• PDC Discounting / LC Discounting / LTR, STL to Process
• Preparing & Arranging LC documentation Inward/ Local / Direct
• Processing Bank Payments , Siderise Payment & Other TT
• Maintaining of PDC Discounted Register , LC Register, LTR Register
• Arranging bank guarantee applications, Bid Bonds , Performance Bonds
• Review of P&L and Balance Sheet and suggest adjustment for unrecorded transactions
• Bank Recon
• Intercompany Reconciliation
• Posting of Monthly Bank Charges, Bank Interest, Fixed Margin, Loan Payment to Bank
• Maintaining fixed assets Register
• Computation of cost allocation for all monthly Expense, accommodation,
• Maintaining prepayments schedules and posting amortizations
• Running HR Module for benefits report (Cost allocation of accommodation etc. job wise)
• Maintaining Etisalat Bill Register by Division Wise
• Maintaining depreciation Register & Monthly posting
• Maintaining Prepayments Register & Monthly Posting
• Posting of accrued expenses related to utilities, provision, Others
• Posting of provisions for bonus and sales commissions.
• Checking and Posting ALL Jvs , Pmts , and others
• Daily Collection Report
• Daily Bank Balance & Cash Flow Report
• Cash Flow Forecast
• Invoices/Orders Report for Current and Previous Year
• Monthly FS (Balance sheet , Income Statement ,Cash Flow Statement )+ Inhouse FS
• Monthly Division-wise Profitability Report
• Monthly Project-wise Profitability Report
• Sales Forecast Report based on Pipeline & Projections
• OverallSalesPerformance(Salesmen-wise)forCurrentandPreviousYearscontractsMonthly&Quarterly
• Salesmen Individual Performance Report(WT/FP/LC/FM)
• OverallResults in Graphs toRevenue,Costs,Netprofit/(Loss)andOverhead
• Assistance and support to Line Manager in preparing of all Financial reports.
• Necessary reports which assign time to time from Management & seniors
