Job Description

We are currently seeking a Graduate Civil Engineer, reporting directly to HOD- Civil to join the team based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.About The Role:As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you will be assigned to a project team working primarily in assisting with the preparation of detailed designs and drawings, specifications, data, calculations, and reports within Civil Engineering Team remit.We offer you not only a job, but an inspiring journey in a truly global environment where you team up to break boundaries thanks to the innovation, creativity, resilience, and team spirit expressed by our people.Your main missions and responsibilities will be to:

  • Work on Basic, FEED or detailed engineering design complied with project requirements
  • Deliver Civil and Structural engineering services that meet T.ENs standards and applicable statutory and regulatory specifications, on time and within budget.
  • Assist senior engineers with the preparation of detailed designs and drawings, specifications, data, calculations, and reports.
  • Communicates effectively with the electrical engineering team and project stakeholders
  • Ensures proper communication with vendors and technical follow up of the orders.
  • Adheres to the committed man/hours and budget.
  • Ensures timely reporting on engineering / requisitioning activities to the Lead Discipline Engineer.
  • Meets quality and HSE objectives of the project.
  • Interfaces with other discipline specialist engineers and possibly project support functions such as procurement and planning.

  • BS Civil Engineering or higher degree in a reputable engineering school in UAE
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
  • Ability to learn the applicable local standards and statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Sound problem-solving competencies with the ability to apply these to different scenarios.
  • Training/Internship Experience in similar Oil and gas projects is highly desirable
