Job Description

Walk-In Interview ? Hospitality Thursday, 14thSeptember 2023 from 9:30 AM to 3:00 PMPosition: Head ButcherSalary: AED 4,000 + Food, Accommodation, Transport by company.Job Location: Abu DhabiSummary:

  1. Previous experience as a Butcher or in a similar role.
  2. Knowledge of meat cuts, processing, and preparation techniques.
  3. Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations.
  4. Prepare all meats and fish to the highest quality and within company guidelines.
  5. Ensure effective food storage and stock rotation.
  6. Report any food spoilage/wastage to the Head Chef.
  7. Keep all working areas clean and tidy and ensure no cross contamination.
