As we continue to elevate the standards of hospitality, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager to join our dynamic team.Position Overview: As the Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction at Starlight Camp. You will oversee and coordinate the housekeeping and parts of the hospitality team, ensuring that our luxurious accommodations and communal areas are immaculately presented and the guests assisted all the time. This role will also involve guest contact during check-ins and pre-arrival phone interactions as well the daily planning of the operation. A valid drivers license is a must, as this position includes various responsibilities beyond housekeeping.Responsibilities:Supervise and lead the housekeeping team to achieve and maintain exceptional cleanliness standards.Plan and coordinate daily housekeeping activities, including room turnovers and common area upkeep.Conduct regular inspections to ensure all guest accommodations meet our quality standards.Manage inventory and order supplies to meet operational needs.Train and develop housekeeping staff to deliver top-notch service.Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.Implement and enforce safety and hygiene protocols.Conduct guest check-ins and engage in pre-arrival phone communication.Perform additional duties, including driving responsibilities, as needed within our small team environment.Qualifications:At least 5 years of prior experience in luxury hospitality.Fluent English language skills are essential.Proficiency in all aspects of small hotel operations.A deep understanding of hospitality excellence and luxury.Adaptability to thrive in a remote location with varying weather conditions.A valid UAE driving license.Strong leadership skills for managing a team of up to 10 individuals.Benefits:Competitive salary commensurate with experience.Opportunity to work in a luxurious and unique overnight camp setting.Comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance and transportation.Training and development opportunities.To Apply: If you are ready to be part of a team dedicated to redefining luxury camping experiences, please submit your resume and a cover letter detailing your relevant experience to [Confidential Information]].
