Job Description

1. Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone.2. Answering visitors enquiries about a company and its product or services, directing visitors to their destination, sorting and handling out mail.3. Arranging meeting rooms for trainings, business meetings and or as requested.4. Receiving packages/mails and handing over to right department and or employees.5. Assist in all other office needs/supplies when needed.6. Screening CVs, soliciting qualified individuals for position, sending emails for shortlisted candidates.7. Reviewing candidate?s job experiences, scheduling/coordinating interview with hiring manager.8. Creating employment offers and coordinating with newly hired employees for required documents for visa processing.9. Handle newly hired employees onboarding process.10. Monitoring/arranging entire process for new visa and renewal.11. Process health insurance addition, deletion and renewal.12. Encoding on SAP for newly hired employees, leave applied, bank details.13. Handle issues pertaining to employee?s welfare, insurance and others and offer solution.14. Assist in Payroll preparation.15. Attendance checking and monitoring.16. Perform other task as requested.
