Candidate should be in UAE. immediate hiring in WWICS Group since 28 years. www.wwicsgroup.com KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Generate QAs(Qualified applicants) as per the laid down targets from the walk-ins, seminars, daily calling , daily meetings & marketing activities. Achieve the monthly and Quarterly revenue targets as specified ( time to time changes). Convince each QAs to retain our services after a Product specific conversation. Contact E- Marketing QAs as distributed by BM and coordinate with the branch seminar once in a month. Maintain QA status cards in accordance with the P management. Promote Advantage Worldwide to Clients. ( means get new references). Makes timely collections due of the new retainers and also for instalments. Maintain records of payments due at the stage of retainer, file no., interview, medical and all communication with the clients. To make coordination with the collection department to keep all records well in the system Ensure to release of immigration package to the client as soon as the confirmation of retainer ship fee receipt has been received. Submission of the completed documents to the ABM for forwarding to Operations Division, Head Office. Updating HO on changes in clients status. Collecting documents from the clients as demanded or required by the High Commission. Maintaining regular contact with clients through newsletters, mailers etc. that are forwarded from the HO. Submit Daily/Weekly reports to the ABM/BM on: Number of Walk-ins contacted Number of QA generated & contacted & revenue generated. Customer care activities carried out/clients contacted/information passed on to clients Submit report regarding clients feedback/complaints to Branch Manager/ ABM
