Collaborate with users to gather and analyze business requirements.
Support the data migration process from a functional point of view
Conduct internal testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Communicate effectively with clients and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Create training material for each system process and ensure users follow the same.
Document project requirements, solutions, and configurations
Stay current with Epicor product updates and new features.
Conduct system testing and assist with data migration activities.
Work closely with process owners to understand their business requirements, configure the Epicor system to meet those requirements, and provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the implementation process.
Customize and configure Epicor ERP modules to meet the company needs.
Managing backups of servers, in case of data loss

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
